Cancellation & Refund Policy

VETBIZ Connect Platform Access — Effective April 2026

Note: This policy applies to the VETBIZ Connect platform access fees ($35.00 administrative fee + $10.00/month maintenance) only. Chamber of Commerce membership fees are governed by a separate policy.

1. Cancellation of Platform Access

Members may cancel their VETBIZ Connect Full Member platform subscription at any time by visiting the Billing page and selecting "Cancel Subscription."

Upon cancellation, your Full Member access will remain active through the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for the following billing cycle. Once the period ends, your account will automatically revert to the Free Explorer plan, which provides limited access to the platform.

Example

If your billing period runs from the 1st to the 31st of the month and you cancel on the 15th, you retain Full Member access through the 31st at no additional charge.

2. Refund Policy

Eligible for Refund — Within 7 Days of Activation

If you subscribed to the Full Member plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your subscription activation date. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Upon refund, your subscription will be cancelled immediately and your account will revert to the Free Explorer plan.

No Refund — After 7 Days

Refunds are not available after the 7-day window has expired. The $35.00 administrative fee and the $10.00 monthly maintenance fee are non-refundable for any portion of a billing period after the initial 7-day period, regardless of usage. This policy applies to all monthly renewal charges.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Navigate to your Billing page.
  2. If you are within the 7-day window, a "Request Refund" button will be visible.
  3. Confirm your refund request. Your subscription will be cancelled immediately and a refund initiated.
  4. You will receive an email confirmation from PayPal once the refund is processed.

Important Note on Chamber Membership

This refund policy applies exclusively to the VETBIZ Connect platform access fees ($35.00 administrative setup fee + $10.00/month maintenance fee). United States Veterans Inc. Chamber of Commerce (USVIncCC) membership dues are governed by a separate membership agreement and refund policy. Please contact the Chamber directly for membership fee inquiries.

3. Re-Subscription

There is no waiting period or penalty for re-subscribing after cancellation. Former Full Members may upgrade back to the Full Member plan at any time by visiting the Pricing page.

Upon re-subscribing, your Full Member access will be restored immediately. Please note that a new 7-day refund window applies to each new subscription activation, not to renewals.

4. Automatic Renewal

The Full Member subscription is billed on a monthly recurring basis. Your subscription will automatically renew each month on your billing date unless you cancel before the renewal date.

You will not receive a separate renewal reminder. It is your responsibility to cancel before the next billing date if you do not wish to be charged for the upcoming period. Renewal charges are non-refundable.

5. Administrative Actions

USVIncCC administrators reserve the right to cancel or reinstate any member's platform subscription at their discretion, including in cases of violation of the platform's Terms of Service or Code of Conduct. Administrative cancellations do not automatically qualify for a refund.

Members whose subscriptions are administratively cancelled will be notified by email and may appeal the decision by contacting USVIncCC directly.
