United States Veterans Inc. Chamber of Commerce — VETBIZ Connect
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of VETBIZ Connect, the B2B networking platform operated by United States Veterans Inc. Chamber of Commerce (USVIncCC). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform. By creating an account or accessing any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using VETBIZ Connect (the "Platform"), operated by United States Veterans Inc. Chamber of Commerce (USVIncCC) ("USVIncCC," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to use this Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
USVIncCC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered members of material changes via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
To access the full features of VETBIZ Connect, you must create a member account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information as necessary to keep it accurate.
VETBIZ Connect serves Veteran-Owned Businesses (VOBs), Non-Veteran Strategic Alliance Partners, Government Organizations, Military Organizations, Nonprofit Organizations (NPOs), and other business entities. Your membership tier and access level are determined by your member type and selected membership plan.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify USVIncCC immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
USVIncCC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, is harmful to other members, or is otherwise objectionable. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
You may use VETBIZ Connect solely for lawful business networking, B2B connection, profile exchange, event participation, marketplace transactions, and other features provided by the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
You agree NOT to: (a) post false, misleading, or fraudulent business information; (b) impersonate any person, business, or organization; (c) use the Platform to send unsolicited commercial messages (spam); (d) harvest or collect other members' contact information without consent; (e) engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Platform's operation; (f) use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Platform; (g) violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law or regulation.
Members who represent themselves as Veteran-Owned Businesses (VOBs), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs), or other veteran-certified entities are solely responsible for the accuracy of such representations. Fraudulent claims of veteran status are a violation of these Terms and may be reported to appropriate authorities.
All content you post on the Platform — including profile information, messages, marketplace listings, and event posts — must be accurate, professional, and compliant with applicable laws. USVIncCC reserves the right to remove any content that violates these standards.
Certain membership tiers and platform features require payment of fees. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Cancellation Policy or as required by applicable law.
By providing payment information, you authorize USVIncCC to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. Recurring membership fees will be charged automatically at the start of each billing period unless you cancel your membership prior to renewal.
Payments are processed securely through PayPal. By making a payment, you also agree to PayPal's terms of service and privacy policy. USVIncCC does not store full credit card numbers.
For information about cancellations and refunds, please review our Cancellation Policy at https://vetbiz-connect.com/cancellation-policy. Membership cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rated refunds are issued for partial billing periods unless required by law.
USVIncCC reserves the right to change membership pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated to existing members at least 30 days in advance via email or in-platform notification.
All content, features, and functionality of VETBIZ Connect — including but not limited to the VETBIZ Connect name, logo, VETBIZ Connect Card design, USVIncCC seal, software, text, graphics, and data compilations — are owned by or licensed to USVIncCC and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Platform (your profile, business information, logos, photos). By submitting content, you grant USVIncCC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform or its content without prior written permission from USVIncCC. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of VETBIZ Connect.
VETBIZ Connect, USVIncCC, Eagles Night Out, Gathering of Eagles, The Guardian Network, and The Honor Bound Initiative are trademarks of United States Veterans Inc. Chamber of Commerce. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
Your use of VETBIZ Connect is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy at https://vetbiz-connect.com/privacy-policy to understand our data collection, use, and protection practices.
By using the profile exchange features (QR code, NFC, secure link), you consent to sharing your profile information with other members you choose to connect with. You control which information is visible in your profile through your privacy settings.
USVIncCC implements industry-standard security measures including end-to-end encryption, secure cloud storage, and multi-factor authentication. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and USVIncCC cannot guarantee absolute security.
VETBIZ Connect is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
USVIncCC does not guarantee that use of the Platform will result in business contracts, partnerships, revenue, or any specific business outcome. The Platform is a networking tool; results depend on individual member effort and market conditions.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content. USVIncCC is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or content of third-party sites. Links do not constitute endorsement by USVIncCC.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, USVIncCC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if USVIncCC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall USVIncCC's total liability exceed the amount paid by you to USVIncCC in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which USVIncCC is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to informal negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Rules.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
For matters not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in the United States for resolution of any disputes.
